Archaeology & Historic Resource Services, LLC (AHRS) is a Small Business Entity (SBE) based in Orange County, NY. AHRS concentrates on providing a full range of affordable, high-quality cultural resource services, including archaeology, architectural history, historic research, historic preservation, and federal and state compliance services in the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic region.

Services range from background studies to determine site history/potential through mitigation. Including small to large scale archaeological investigations, site history to Historic American Building Survey (HABS), historic interpretive displays, and preservation planning.

For larger projects, AHRS can partner with large-scale Architectural, Environmental or Engineering firms.  In this case we will serve as management overseeing the field work,  staff, and  prepare and produce the report for submission.
